Getting to the farm 
The discovery farm is located within the triangle formed by the towns of Argelès-sur-Mer, Saint-André, and Palau-del-Vidre.
- Address: Route de Taxo-d'Amont, 66690 Saint-André
- Easy access: Take the D914 (Perpignan–Argelès direction) and take Exit 9 (Palau-del-Vidre); at the first roundabout, follow the signs for "Ferme de découverte."

Two free, shaded, and unsupervised parking areas are available at the park entrance. One is reserved for buses and visitors with reduced mobility, while the other is for passenger vehicles and motorhomes.
Farm Opening Hours 
The discovery farm is open every day, all year round
- September to June: daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (ticket office closes at 4:30 pm).
- July and August: daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (ticket office closes at 5:30 pm).
- December 24 and 31: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- December 25 and January 1: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
These hours are subject to change in the event of bad weather.

Farm Admission Rates 
Check the admission prices for the Discovery Farm:
- Children aged 2 to 13: €9
- Ages 14 and up: €11
- Children under 2: Free
- Visitors with disabilities: €6
Payment can be made on-site or via our online ticketing service.
Accepted payment methods on-site are:
- Cash (except €200 and €500 banknotes)
- Cheques
- Bank cards
- ANCV holiday vouchers
The following are available for an additional fee:
- Pony rides: €4 (book at reception)
- Cups of feed for the animals: €1
- Pedal karts: €2 for 30 minutes
- Children's carts: €1 per hour
Food & Drink 
Picnics are permitted inside the park.
Snacks, ice cream, and hot or cold drinks are available for purchase and on-site consumption.
The "L'ÉPIC" food truck is open during all school holidays and long weekends in May:
- 11:30 am – 2:00 pm for lunch (also accessible from outside the park).
- 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm for snacks (pancakes, drinks, meal deals) inside the park.
A microwave is available for you to heat up a meal, a snack, a baby bottle...
You may leave the park and return later the same day by presenting the receipt issued at the reception desk upon your arrival at the discovery farm, or by showing your electronic ticket purchased online (either printed out or on your smartphone).

The park and its new features have been designed to ensure easy access for visitors with disabilities, and our restrooms are fully accessible. The park is wheelchair-friendly. We also offer a special admission rate (€6) for them.
Other questions
- We provide a baby-changing area in the restrooms, as well as a microwave for heating up meals for young children.
- The park is accessible with a stroller.
- Dogs and other pets are not permitted inside the park. This policy is in place for hygiene and, above all, safety reasons, as they could frighten some of the wild species found on the farm.
- The entire park is a non-smoking area due to the presence of children and animals—as well as the trees and abundant vegetation throughout the site. We kindly ask that you smoke outside the park grounds.

Bottle-feeding the lambs 
A highlight of the visit—and always a big hit with the kids—is bottle-feeding the lambs!
Children are invited to help bottle-feed the lambs and kid goats every day at 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Good to know: on days with high visitor numbers, different feeding sessions are organized by age group for logistical reasons.

Feeding the cattle and geese 
Childre n are invited to help feed the cattle and geese at the discovery farm at 11:45 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.

Plant a seed at the farm 
It would be a shame to throw away the little pot used to feed the animals, wouldn't it? So, the farm invites you to become a little gardener!
Children can fill the small pot with potting soil, plant some seeds, and take it home with them. What a joy it is to watch the seeds sprout at home!
This activity is available on a drop-in basis throughout the day.
Pony Rides 
Ponies mean a great deal to children—and to the adults accompanying them on this little adventure.
Key aspects include the bond with the animal and mutual respect, developing balance, overcoming the challenge of mounting an animal that seems huge to them, and pushing past their limits to build self-confidence.
However, it is crucial never to force a child to ride a pony if they are afraid of animals or simply do not want to do it. The idea or desire should come from the child. If they don't feel like it today, that’s fine—it can wait for another time; the interest should simply be allowed to develop naturally.
Practical details:
- Pony rides are available for children aged 3 and up (no exceptions) with a maximum weight limit of 25 kg. Rides are led by the accompanying adults.
- Price: €4 for 15 minutes (book at reception).
- Riding helmets and hygienic hairnets are provided by the farm.
Play Area 
With a slide, swings, a playhouse, and more, the discovery farm offers children a fully equipped and safe play area—sure to bring them plenty of joy !
Children use the play area under the responsibility of their parents.
